The Roman Catholic Parishes of Sacred Heart, Youngstown, and St. Cecilia, Whitney, were established in the late 1800s, and are Christ centered communities, served by the Benedictine Monks in the Diocese of Greensburg, PA. Through the grace of the Holy Eucharist and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we strive for full active conscious participation in proclaiming, living and passing on the Good News of Jesus Christ.
